Ingredients

  • For Dough:

  • 3 cup wheat flour / atta

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup hot water

  • warm water to knead

  • For Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 4 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 chilli, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

  • Other Ingredients:

  • wheat flour / atta, to dust

  • oil for roasting

Directions

  • Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 3 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt.
  • Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • Now add 1 cup hot warm and mix with the spoon.
  • Rest for 5 minutes making sure the wheat flour turns moist.
  • Add warm water as required and knead to the smooth and soft dough.
  • Prepare garlic paratha and roast on medium flame.
  • Finally, serve garlic paratha immediately with curry of your choice.
